CONDITIONS

  • In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
  • We want you to get your order as soon as possible. We therefore try to send your goods so you have them within:
    - Sweden: 2-5 working days
    - Scandinavia and EU: 8-11 working days
    - USA, Canada and Australia: 9-16 working days
  • The cost for shipping is 40 SEK within Sweden.
  • For shipping outside of Sweden there will be a shipping fee depending on the country.
  • The cost for shipping within Norway is 205 SEK.
  • The cost for shipping within Europe and the UK is 135 SEK.
  • The cost for shipping within the US, Canada and Australia is 310 SEK.
  • For returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which is 59 SEK.
  • For returns or cancellations outside of Sweden, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and other charges that might occur.
  • If the items you ordered are defective, the claim is free of charge.
  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
  • The fee for unclaimed packages is 180 SEK.
  • All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees or any other local charges. Customs tax would be the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. When international customers purchase a product from us, your country may charge you customs fees on delivery.
  • The customs rate is calculated based on the product's declared value and shipping costs, product category, country of origin, destination country's customs duty rates and applicable trade agreements.
  • For orders that are unclaimed within the specified dates given for collection, the customer will be charged 130 SEK in addition to the initial shipping fee.
ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OF DELIVERY
  • In order to get delivery to another address, it makes a lot easier for us if you indicate it at the check out.
  • Klarna's terms (only when paid with Klarna Invoice or Account) require us to deliver the order to an address on which you are registered.
DELIVERY TO MINORS
  • Without permission from legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
  • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
  • Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Germany. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
